Dragon Chicken is a very tempting appetizer popular in restaurants. Boneless Chicken can be converted into magical starter with less ingredients.
Ingredients
200 grams boneless Chicken thighs
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
Salt to taste
8-10 Capsicum cubes
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp Maida
2 tsp cornflour
Handful of Greens of spring onions (optional)
Method
Cut the Chicken into cubes and marinate with all the ingredients. Keep it aside for an hour.
Heat oil in pan. Coat the chicken pieces with maida and cornflour. Fry the pieces in oil on high flame. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Now add pieces of capsicum and give it a quick stir. Dragon Chicken is ready.
If a little gravy is desired, then make cornflour slurry and pour over the chicken. This will give a nice glaze to the chicken. Garnish with greens of spring onions .
Serve hot as starter or as an accompaniment to noodles or fried rice.
