Healthy ladoos for winter with goodness of dry fruits and seeds which are power house of essential omega 3 fatty acids plus antioxidants. These are made with no sugar and no jaggery.
Ingredients
250grams mix dryfruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins, apricots)
500 grams dates( may need moreor less if the mixture is dryor not)
2/3 tsp ghee
1/4 cup dry coconut
2tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp flaxseeds
2 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method
Dry roast all the dry fruits & keep aside. Then grind it to coarse mixture
Dry roast all seeds & coconut till it is aromatic & then pulse grind .
Roast wheat flour with ghee till it gives roasted aroma and when it changes colour.
In a pan heat some ghee & cook dates till they become soft.
Mix everything together. Add cardamom powder. When the mixture is slightly warm, make ladoos. Winter special Healthy ladoos are ready
