Mangoes are in season. One of the easiest and fun loving recipe is Mango Salsa. It is the combination of sweet juicy mangoes and tanginess of lime with bell peppers. It can be made in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
2 Fresh mangoes
1 Red bell pepper
1 Yellow Bell pepper
1 green chilly chopped
Salt to taste
1 lime juice
1/4 tsp pepper powder (optional)
Chopped coriander leaves
Method
Chop mangoes, bell peppers into small blocks. Add chilly, salt, pepper, lime juice. Mix together. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Yummy mango salsa is ready. It can be served with tacos, nachos or as simple salad with any Indian meal.
