Masale Doodh (Masala milk) is a unique blend of milk with flavorful combination of nuts, saffron & cardamom. Masale doodh is prepared on the occasion of Kojagiri Poornima that is on the full moon night. It has a rich aroma of saffron along with cardamom. It can relished warm or chilled. It has all the nutritious benefits of milk along with the nuts.
Traditionally the milk has to be reduced to get the desired thickness. Here I have used condensed milk to save time & efforts. It can be prepared in 15 minutes. It is excellent option at the time of fast too.
