Millet Hakka Noodles - Sorghum noodles is healthy option to the regular noodles. These are complex carbs and body stays satiated for longer time. Various veggies can be added to it.

Ingredients
1packet hakka noodles
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 sliced carrot
6-7 sliced button mushrooms
1 capsicum
100 gms boneless chicken ( optional )
7-8 finely chopped garlic flakes
1/2 inch finely chopped ginger
1-2 green chillies finely chopped
1tbsp Oyster Sauce(optional)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp chilly sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Boil hakka noodles in water. Add some salt if desired.When it gets cooked drain the excess water & pour cold water. Drizzle some oil so that the noodles don't stick to each other.
Heat oil in wok. Add garlic, ginger & green chilies.Saute for a while.Then add carrots, capsicum, cabbage mushroom & mix well.Then add the raw shredded chicken. Since the chicken used is boneless it gets cooked along with the other veggies.
Add soy sauce & chilly sauce.Then mix the boiled noodles.Add salt & pepper & then spring onions. Toss it well. Millet Hakka noodles are ready to serve!
