Raw Mango Thai Salad

Raw Mango Thai salad is the blend of tangy, spicy and sweet taste. It is both healthy and tasty with crunch of peanuts





Ingredients


1 firm raw mango

1/2 cup beans sprouts

1 tbsp. Fish Sauce(optional)

1/2 lemon juice

1 chopped red chilly

2 tsp sugar

2 twigs spring onions chopped

Coriander leaves finely chopped

2 tsp roasted groundnut powder ( coarse )

Salt to taste



Preparation


Cut the raw mango into thin strips like julienne. Blanch sprouts for 2 mins in water & cool it.


Now to prepare the dressing mix fish sauce,red chillies ,sugar ,lemon juice & salt .


Mix the raw mango, spring onions & sprouts & pour the salad dressing over it.


Garnish with coriander leaves & groundnut powder.Serve chilled.
